As safety is one of the San Diego Food Bank’s core values, we do require that all visitors who will be touring the warehouse wear closed-toe shoes. Sandals and other open-toe footwear do not provide enough protection with forklifts and pallet jacks in operation in our warehouse.
Additionally, we ask that cell phone usage be kept to a minimum while on the tour.
