Enrichment Units
Each student receives an allotment of units to provide enrichment or supportive classes. These classes must be educational, but flexibility is allowed for the unique needs and interests of the individual student. GSDA students are welcome to attend classes at any of our four sites. Please contact the site admin to sign up for classes.

out and submitted before starting EVERY enrichment
class for which enrichment units are to be used.

Procedure for Use of Enrichment Units
Reimbursement Receipt Form
When
requesting parental reimbursement for classes taken
through an organization approved by the Greater San
Diego Academy, a Reimbursement Receipt form is
required. An Elective Agreement must be completed
for each payment and an original receipt must be
attached.

Offer an Onsite Enrichment Class
It's easy to offer an enrichment class onsite for
students of Greater San Diego
Academy...
- Develop a learning plan, "What do you want the children to learn?"
- How many classes would it take to complete the study? Is it just a one-time class or will it last nine weeks?
- Figure out your total cost...Take the total cost for your time and materials, divide it by the number of students and/or classes, and calculate the student price for your enrichment class(es).
- How many students would be your minimum? Maximum?
- Providers of enrichment classes take full responsibility for the safety and well-being of all participants.
- Providers are responsible for invoicing per GSDA enrichment class process.
Offer Offsite classes to GSDA students
If you are interested in offering offsite classes
to GSDA students:
- Send us flyers detailing your program. Provide information on When, Where, What, Who and How Much it will Cost. We will post this information at our resource centers you wish to serve.
- Parent will contact provider to sign up for classes.
- Providers of enrichment classes take full responsibility for the safety and well-being of all participants.
- Providers are responsible for invoicing per GSDA enrichment class process.
